Every deck starts with a design conversation and a 3D rendering, so you approve the layout, materials, and color before a single board goes down. We pull permits and handle engineering, demolition, and the full build with our own crews. No subcontractor handoffs.
Most projects fold in the details that make a deck usable after dark and into the shoulder seasons: low-voltage lighting, built-in seating, open-sightline railing, and pergola or patio tie-ins. We plan them in early. That changes the build sequence and the result.
