We had a gazebo, paver patio and grill island built around our pool by Tab and the structures came out great. They are good people to work with and stand behind their work. As with any custom project we had some obstacles along the way but they always had a solution. Trace is a great trustworthy guy that really cares about the customer and is very responsive. Dan and the crew also made sure we were happy with everything along the way and answered and addressed any questions or tweaks we made during construction. All in all our structures turned out great and Trace made sure we were completely happy with everything. I'd definitely recommend Tab for any projects around the house outside or inside.

I’m so thankful we went with Tab for our outdoor living space—they went above and beyond, and they did an absolutely fantastic job with our deck, pavilion, and fireplace. Property Enhancement designed and built a beautiful new covered deck with a fireplace and ceiling heaters. We could not be more pleased with the design and build quality. Trace and his team are master craftsmen that pay attention to every detail. Trace communicated with us every step of the way. We are so glad we went with Tab!!

I've used Tab now for a number of projects including a deck, fence, and most recently porch column replacements. These guys are the best in the business and it shows in their work. The owner Trace is always responsive, honest, and fair. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

TAB installed our retaining wall, pool patio, fire pit, pergola, fence, landscaping, and lighting. Trace collaborated with us on the design and iterated on it until we were satisfied and within our budget. Trace is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We could not be any happier with our outdoor living space created by Tab Property Enhancements. They removed and replaced our existing patio with a gorgeous new unilock patio, fire pit, pavilion and small deck. They were excellent to work with, extremely friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable. Their skill level is top notch, down to every little detail, and we were well informed and updated on every step of the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to enhance their outdoor space. We absolutely love ours. Its like we added an extra room to our home.

Tab built us a beautiful covered deck with gas fireplace , the team who worked on our deck workmanship is outstanding. Trace is very professional from the first meeting to selection of decking and stone , he guided us along the way and we look forward to enjoying our outdoor living space for many years to come.

Outstanding! We could not be more happier with how our project turned out. Tab Property Enhancement exceeded our expectations. When I called Trace to discuss what we were looking to have done he was on it that day. We told him what we were looking for and asked him to elaborate on our idea. He not only did that, but created a completely new concept and design we had no idea was even an option for us. Within a few days, we had a beautiful rendering and plan in place. When we had questions or needed to change anything, it was smooth and done like that. Service was done in December and the team was extremely professional, organized, on-time and hard working.

We contracted Tab Property Enhancement to build a three-season room and paver patio. While the project underwent numerous delays to its start due to weather and a lot of other project commitments Trace had made, he did well at communicating the status to us and our other clients. And the work was well worth the wait. Trace puts an emphasis on high quality work and it's clear that he does not take shortcuts. His team is competent and professional and very responsive to questions and concerns.

We had a landscaping project done by Tab Property Enhancement and they did an amazing job. Our yard looks like a totally different yard! They installed stone in all the beds and any hard to mow areas, installed a new bed and planted shrubs, regraded the whole back yard and planted a new lawn, removed shrubs growing close to our foundation, and put in a paver walk way from our driveway to our shed in the back yard.

Tab Properties built a deck, patio, fire pit, and grill. The crew was very considerate of cleaning up each evening and always very accommodating. The crew and Trace are perfectionists. Everything was completed just like the 3D pictures. We absolutely love our new outdoor space.

We could not be more pleased with our bathroom remodel. Trace and his crew were awesome to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work and that they were meeting our expectations. Phenomenal Job! My wife and I are spell bound by the improvement Tab Property Enhancement has made to our outdoor living space. We now have an extremely well constructed patio made from three different types and color pavers, a beautiful white vinyl overhead pergola and gorgeous landscaping and accent lighting (for the evenings). We can't stop looking at out new patio and landscaping; we are totally satisfied.

I had a sunroom that was falling down and was looking to have it rebuilt and add a deck/patio. I had multiple bidders come out and give quotes, some I could tell were overwhelmed by the project. Some I could tell did not know how to approach or tried tactics like, "sign today and get x discount". We went with Tab and we couldn't be happier. They did a world class job and will absolutely use them for any future projects.

TAB Property Enhancement was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire team was very professional, clean, and accommodating. We were able to stay open and their team worked with us so we could still satisfy customers. When they left for the day, it was picked up and even pressure washed when needed. We had to get creative in order to meet my desired deadline but Trace and his crews did what needed to be done to meet my expectations and surpassed them! I WILL use them again and highly recommend them to all my residential and commercial friends/family.
