TAB Property Enhancement is a family-owned outdoor living contractor headquartered in Medina, Ohio, serving affluent homeowners across Cleveland, Hudson, Pepper Pike, Strongsville, and the rest of Northeast Ohio.
Founded in 2008, we’ve grown one project, one referral, and one award at a time — never by cutting corners, never by chasing volume. What we build today will still be standing, and still looking the way it did the day we finished, when our clients’ children inherit the home.
